The attorneys of Meyer, Shaffer & Stepans represented three coworkers in Montana after they were fired for confronting their supervisor about racially-charged threats, discriminatory conduct, harassment, and derogatory comments and insults. Our clients were subjected to racially-based harassment throughout their employment. When they finally informed their supervisor that his conduct was inappropriate and asked him to stop making them, they were fired. We represented these clients in both the EEOC / Montana Human Rights Bureau administrative complaint process and civil litigation. The Firm was able to resolve the case to the client’s satisfaction ahead of trial.
